HRPC Training and Accreditation Assistance centre, Inc and its foreign partner, Worldwide HealthStaff Associates, Ltd. is proud to announce that they have been approved by the Alberta Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) to train housekeepers and food and beverage workers in the Philippines. The training program prepares housekeepers and food and beverage workers to work in a hotel and restaurant setting in Canadian Standards.

• classroom study;
• AHLA online examination; and
• on the job training.

The training programs used in Manila are the same programs used in Alberta and other Canadian provinces to train hotel workers.

Canadian hotel and restaurant employers are assured of properly trained housekeepers and food and beverage workers because the training and examination standards employed in the Philippines based programs are the same standards and examination used in Canada.

For more information on the Hotel worker program, you may attend the regular orientation every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 pm at Room 303, 3/F Reliance House 205 Edsa corner Rochester St., Greenhills, Mandaluyong City.

Certification Training Program

Housekeeping Room Attendant
Duties and responsibilities includes making the beds, cleaning the guest rooms, replenishing of guestroom amenities, attends to guest's requests, other duties may include cleaning of public areas of depending on the property.

5 weeks of classroom training
Schedules: 3 times a week
On the job training in accredited Hotels in Manila

Food And Beverage Server
Duties and Responsibilities includes: Acknowledging and attending to guest's needs. Presenting of menus, serves food and beverage orders in quality standards, as well as processes guests bills.

8 weeks of classroom training
Schedules: 3 times a week
